I was actually looking for a lamp that was portable with me while I went on a roadtrip, something that was "mine" that I could take place-to-place - something that felt sturdy, but was still lightweight and easy to carry.

This lamp fit the bill well.

Pros:

It's a pretty bright light, though not blinding. I'm thrilled with the color - an exceptionally lovely warm yellow.

The Jute is in a really lovely and satisfying pattern around the wire frame of the lampshade.

I LOVE the cord. The appearance of the cord itself is definitely one of my favorite things!! It blends in well with the aesthetic of the jute shade, and is a piece of its own, rather than black plastic hiding in the background.

All-in-all, I am really surprisingly pleased with the quality and value of this little lamp.

I absolutely love this plug-in pendant light! It came with a super cute Edison-style light bulb, and installation was a breeze. The 15FT cord is long enough to give me flexibility in placement, and I appreciate the convenient on/off switch. It adds a lovely touch of boho charm to my space. Highly recommend for anyone looking to brighten up their dorm or apartment!I really like this light, even though I don't quite know where to put it yet. The bulb it comes with is a very convincing filament edison bulb but LED so it doesn't get hot. The shade itself isn't a basket rattan weave, and more like a thick twine weave. It shades the direct light pretty well and casts these pretty soft striped shadows. I don't have any complaints with this! Maybe that the twine cord can be a little *too* boho if that's not what you're going for..This shade in ivory is VERY yellow toned, in addition to having a yellow bulb. It casts a shadow that almost looks like a 70s poker fringe lamp
